We weren't planning on going out today but a few things came up so we went out anyway. After paying the cell phone bill at the Sprint store, we noticed a lot of activity at the nearby New Castle Farmers Market parking area. It's not usually open on Thursday so we went to check it out. Surprise! They were having holiday hours. (Of course, it wouldn't have been a surprise if I'd checked their website. It's normally open only on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, but it has been open every day from Dec 15 to Christmas Eve.)

There was a Santa photo session going on inside the market. So I took the opportunity to snap a picture of Rudolph and Frosty, who were entertaining the crowd that was gathering around the booth. I also ran into my across-the-street neighbor by chance. She too had just found out that the farmers market was open today.
