Newark Airport and Cacha Wall
Apr. 18th, 2010 01:08 amDropped my parents off at Newark Liberty International Airport this evening for their return flight to the old country. I'm glad I don't have to go to this airport too often. Parking is $3 per half-hour! That's more expensive than Center City Philadelphia. Terminal B was rather drab and some corridors looked half-finished. The concourse-level food court was paltry and overpriced. I noticed that the terminal directory was out of date and still listed the previous food court tenants instead of the new ones. On the plus side, they have free wi-fi internet.
On the way back, I stopped at the Pennsville Walmart for the Cacha Wall geocache. It's actually inside the building, although not very far in. GPS readings were unreliable indoors so I just looked around until I saw it. Just a bit of late-night entertainment.
