Sunny day with temperatures approaching 70°F by late afternoon. Then I got caught in a freak rainstorm just as I was stepping out of the car to get dinner. Bizarre.

Traffic was horrendous because of Thanksgiving Day travel. It was even worse at one point along the Garden State Parkway where there was a 3-car fender bender. Other than that, it was a fairly low-key day. I found a Turkey Day themed cache. I also found both geocaches that were placed last week for the Big Ed's BBQ geocaching event that I missed. Big Ed's itself was closed today for Thanksgiving, so that's not what I had for dinner.

I went to the same Wawa store in Matawan for both lunch and dinner because that was the only store open for miles around. They had the turkey and stuffing bowl today.
