Stay up late. I always seem to do that, like I'm doing now, for instance!

Midnight - 3am are usually my best hours. Much of the day and evening is just spent getting the non-fun stuff out of the way.

That is a tough one. I find I get more opportunities to socialize with friends when I stay up late but I tend to be more productive if I get up earlier. So this makes me shift back and forth often. Stay up till 11 PM - 1 AM (later on the weekends when I'm with friends) and get up 7 AM - 9 AM (later on the weekends with friends) so I don't shortchange myself on sleep.

I honestly don't know if my productivity changes much depending on when I get up...

I've found that getting up four hours earlier does not result in my getting four hours of stuff done earlier or getting to bed earlier. I always seem to have as much productivity in 20 hours when getting up earlier as in 16 when sleeping late.
