Breakfast at the Steel City Diner with jbadger and marauderosu.

After that, jbadger and I did two geocaches, one next to the convention center and the other across the bridge and one block up. We got rained on at the second geocache.

Then we drove out to Trafford to visit Sherm Edwards Candies. Unfortunately, they weren't having chocolate factory tours on Thursdays, but we got some chocolates. I bought a few packs of chocolates to share with my co-workers when I get back. (I think those will last all of two minutes. :) ) We also did one geocache in Monroeville and got rained on there once again. Lunch was at King's Family Restaurant in Monroeville.

Got back to the hotel. Got into the husky fursuit and roamed around a little in the hotel convention space and lobby. Then I went to sponsor pre-reg to pick up my badge and program.

For dinner, jbadger, tkcom, John, and I went to Sushi Kim, just a few blocks down Penn Ave. from the hotel. I had Korean-style pancakes for the first time in many years.

North or South Korean style pancakes specifically? :)

The menu didn't say. I would guess that a North Korean pancake would be a bit skimpy because of sacrifices made to feed Kim Jong-Il's cognac and Daffy Duck habits.
