Sloatsbank

Yesterday afternoon, I went to a municipal park in Sloatsburg to find First Republic Bank of Sloatsburg, a geocache for trading geocoins. Despite the terrain rating, it was actually not very far into the wooded area. Just had to be careful of the construction debris.

Already taking care of the first two to-do list items for 2008. First, I switched credit cards from Gulf Mastercard to Exxon/Mobil Mastercard. Except for online payments, I don't use a credit card very much but the reward percentage is higher in the latter card and it'll add up over time. Also, there are far more Exxon gas stations in my neighborhood where I can claim the gas reward than there are Gulf gas stations.

Second, I found a new home for my old laptop computer so I'm in the process of wiping it out and reinstalling Windows XP.
