I was incorrect about Yahoo! Maps. It does indeed do lookups by coordinates, and the Geocaching website now links to Yahoo! Maps instead of Mapblast. However, I still can't find a way to make Yahoo! Maps (Can I omit that exclamation mark? It looks so odd in the middle! of! a! sentence!!!) route to the coordinates. It complains that it can't find the destination city of Geocache. Oh boy.

Streets and Trips weirdness... )

Also, I just made reservations at the Mariott in Philly for PhilCon. I wasn't planning to go since one stay at the Adam's Mark per year is quite enough. But I checked the Philcon website and noticed that they're using a different hotel this year and the room rate is more affordable so I might as well check it out. Besides, if I get bored at the con, there are some new Philly-area geocaches to visit. :)

By the way, I just love the ease with which I was able to reserve the room online at the Mariott website. I could even enter the Philcon group code to get the convention rate. It's a straightforward process and unlike a reservation clerk, I won't misspell my name.
